Hi, I'm Caroline, founder of MindBodyMeno, welcome!

I spend my days supporting women in menopause to feel happy, strong and confident.  

Why? Well, it really stems back to my story. 

My long history with Chronic Fatigue and ME means that I haven't always felt strong, confident or happy.

I battled years of feeling physically weak. 

I've been frustrated by the restrictions of my body.

I've experienced decades of body dysmorphia. 

I've experienced many episodes of core and pelvic trauma.

I've tried diet after diet and wondered why i'm too weak to stick to anything. 

I've exercised excessively for years, chasing a size or aesthetic that I already had but couldn't see.

I've had joint pain, tension and niggling injuries

And i've seen the same in the thousands of women i've taught. And i've seen how it gets worse, not better, in midlife!

But i've been lucky, i've always carved out time for my health and i've found ways to manage all of this and remain STRONG, CONFIDENT AND HAPPY!

As a pilates teacher with 18 years experience, and now a Health Coach too, i've seen how investing in the right exercise, diet and lifestyle now will not only benefit you today but for years to come - and it's not too late to make massive impact!
