A pint in the garden looking a little different these days!

Getting enough water can be really boring so here are my top tips to making it happen

- have a tall glass of water before each meal

- pimp it up with cucumber or lemon

- get yourself a bottle you really like (love might be a bit bold, but if you like it you’ll use it)


And here are my weird extras that you might not have thought of…

**I sometimes add a shot of vinegar (!!) before a meal, proven to level blood sugar spikes by 30%

**I like mine warm so I add hot water, feels more ceremonial and I drink it while it’s still warm so it doesn’t sit there all day

Finally, try not to include tea, coffee, pop, alcohol in your daily water quote - aim for simple, refreshing, cleansing water.

1-2 litres a day and see how you feel… alert, less bloated, brighter, clearer skin are common results
