Meet your trainer, Caroline Copp

Hi, I'm Caroline, founder of MindBodyMeno.

As a pilates teacher, I have worked closely with women in menopause for over 18 years, and in that time i've seen how far reaching the impact can be when hormones begin to shift.  I've taken these years of experience, and a background in corporate business, and created a solution for workplaces that not only "ticks the wellness box" but will create real change for both the individuals and the culture of your organisation.

Working together we would begin by looking at what already exists within your business and the impact you are looking to have. I would be able to work with you to create a package suitable and tailored to your business.

Support comes in the form of practical and tailored workshops, presentations, coaching, community, developing in-house champions coaching and movement memberships designed to actively reduce symptoms of menopause.
